When the 2020 pandemic halted the corporate world, it ultimately changed the trajectory of what the office environment would become. Post-pandemic the workplace found a new purpose, and companies like EBG that were able to clearly identify this purpose, were able to unlock competitive advantage when engaging work from home employees as well as hiring top talent.
How do we bring the flexibility and comfort of working from home to the workplace? The answer was not singular, it required a paradigm shift in corporate culture as well as the built environment. This was an investment that EBG was willing to make in their people and their new office design.
This 40,000 SF office space features many amenities such as an immersive first impression, variety of lounge seating and diverse work points, private phone booths, a large café, and separate coffee corner. While the focus of the program is workstations, these “quadrants” are broken up with informal gathering spaces as well as discrete spaces for that often-needed pause in the workday. There are also a variety of small and large meeting spaces as well as private one-person rooms for more focused work. It is no secret that EBG prioritizes its employees above all.
